1. Choose the nearest apartment from your office. make sure you will not go late to work in the morning
2. Choose the right size, check how many rooms is available.
3. Look at the developers
4. Check the quality of the building, or architecture, or the style of the building
5. Check the certificate of the apartments
6. Check the property management and make sure the service is good
7. Watch closely at the furniture, check the quality of its polish. And make sure you like it
8. The completeness of the facility is also important for deciding the best apartment for you
